40g Dark Chocolate - 72-100%
60g Single Cream
Pinch of flakey salt
Tsp of cacao nibs, nuts or dried cranberries
You will need:
Ramekin or small cup / pot
In a microwaveable bowl or sauce pan add all ingredients and melt over a low heat/microwave in short bursts. Mix together and combine with the stevia/sweetener into a silky creamy mixture.
Pour equally into two ramekins or small pots.
Add dried fruit or nuts if you wish and add a pinch of flakey salt to the top.
Place in the fridge to set, ideally 1.5 - 2 hours - serve after a protein and veggie meal as an intense dessert.
