200g 5% beef mince
20g goat butter
1/2 clove garlic micro-planed
1/4 tsp chilli powder* optional
80g green beans
Sea salt to season
Parsley or marjoram to garnish
Preheat a pan on medium and a saucepan with salted boiling water.
Add green beans to the boiling water and set a timer for 3 minutes adding goats butter to the pan. When the butter begins to foam separate and add your beef mince micro-planing 1/2 garlic clove into the mince and a pinch of chilli powder and sea salt. Brown through.
When the timer goes, drain the green beans and add to the mince with a handful of spinach. Cook through until the spinach is wilted.
Decant and add fresh chopped or crushed walnuts and parsley.
