Cheesecake pudding

250g ricotta
1 scoop of your favourite Protein Powder
150g berries
1 tsp lemon juice optional
Sweetener optional
Place the protein and ricotta into a bowl and mix very well until combined.
Add the berries (or any fresh fruit) with a small amount of lemon juice and stir to combine, if they break up it does add to the effect of the swirl.
