Vegan Protein Bar Smoothie


1/2 banana frozen

1 vegan peanut protein bar

150ml of plant based milk

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tsp raisins

Serves 1

Fibre: 7g


Dice the bar into chunks reserving a quarter to add towards the end.

Add the banana to a blender along with the milk and blend for 30 seconds throwing in the remaining bar bits for the last five seconds.


Pour into a glass and top with the coconut and raisins.


Enjoy with a spoon or drink slowly.
