Strawberry Santa

60g light Philadelphia

12 strawberries

6 raisins

1 tbsp erythritol (powdered) sweetener

Top and tail the strawberries removing only a very small amount from the tip, to be able to place a small amount of frosting on top. Cut the strawberries and raisins in half horizontally and keep the tops and bottoms together.

In a bowl, combine your sweetener with the Philadelphia and mix very well. Pop the mixture into a piping bag or use a teaspoon to dollop a small amount of the mixture onto one base half of the berries. Add the cap, popping a second small dollop on top.

Use the raisins as eyes and push lightly into the cream cheese mix.

Kids will love them!
