100g almond butter
45g whey protein (I used coconut and pineapple from BULK https://www.bulk.com/uk/pure-whey-protein.html
40g coconut flour (https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/gluten-free-flour/the-groovy-food-company-organic-coconut-flour-500g)
40g honey
1/4 tsp vanilla flavouring
1/4 tsp cinnamon
65ml semi-skimmed milk
Desiccated coconut to dress
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the desiccated coconut.
Weigh out the mixture and divide into 12 equal bites, rolling each one in the palms of your hand.
Roll them in the coconut.
Place the balls on a plate or in an air tight container and keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.
