Pineapple Salsa


80g pineapple

Zest and juice of 1 lime

1 tsp honey

½ garlic clove

1 tbsp. diced red onion

1 tbsp. diced spring onion

¼ tsp. chilli flake

Pinch of sumac *optional


Dice all and add to a bowl and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Works great over meats, salads or worked through yoghurt to serve with roasted meats in tacos/wraps.
