Overnight oats and bircher muesli's have endless opportunities to be changed for flavour profiles as oats, like many grains, are a great base for both sweet and savoury dishes.
Eating more soluble fibre like that found in oats, which can be added to the diet along with foods like chia, flax, beans and psyllium for example, are great ways to help with binding bile acids which get excreted in the stool, excess sex hormone metabolites from the gut lining and therefore decrease serum cholesterol levels. *white lab coat off - just means it's good to get some in your diet ;)* This is of benefit to the liver to bind other fat soluble substances.
If you can't find my favourite pineapple and coconut juice - you can use pineapple juice, orange juice or coconut water.
