Nut Butter Protein Mug Cake


Protein mug cake


EASY - SIMPLE - FAST - NO FUSS - NO GLUTEN - PROTEIN!

1/2 scoop (15g) whey or vegan

1 tsp coconut flour

1 egg

30g smooth nut butter

1 tsp stevia or sweetener

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Add your dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Add your egg and nut butter and mix into a cookie dough style paste.


Microwave for 45s on high (based on a 800w microwave). If you overcook it - it will dry out so cautiously undercook than over...


Allow to cool slightly then dig in!
