Kale Crisps


4 cups of chopped kale

1 tsp olive oil

2 tsp of tamari or soy

Pinch of smoked paprika and/or garlic powder


Rub ingredients into the kale evenly, it’ll seem like it won’t be enough but stick with it. Lay onto a baking sheet and slow roast in the oven at 110c for 24-28 minutes, checking and turning once or twice.


Crispy dry crunchy snack that will need storing in an airtight container, if it sticks around long enough. You might also crunch down into a powder mixed with sesame and nigella seeds and season your food like a gremolata or seaweed furikake.
