1/4 pt pot low fat greek yoghurt
1 small apple diced (works with berries and pears, papaya and mango, bananas grapes and strawberries)
1 tsp runny honey
Dice an apple into 1cm chunks and lay into a bowl.
Cover with 1/4er pot of low fat Greek yoghurt and stir together.
Top with 2 tbsp of protein granola (or you can use flaxseed/linseed grinds or chia) and a drizzle of local runny honey or high quality maple syrup.
