Garlicky steak mince and pasta

80g wholegrain pasta

150g 5% beef mince

8g olive oil

1 clove garlic minced, grated or micro diced

1/2 red onion sliced or diced

40g spinach

1/2 tsp honey

1.5 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Pinch of sesame seeds to garnish

Sea salt and black pepper

Set a pan to a medium heat and boil the kettle, add water and salt in a saucepan and add your pasta. Cook the pasta to pack instructions.

Add beef, onion and garlic and cook through the onion is soft (4-6 minutes). Add the honey, soy, paprika, plenty of black pepper and a little pasta water with the spinach and stir very well.

Drain the pasta and stir into the beef mince with the olive oil.

Serve hot or reheat later.
