Chocolate chia pot with blood orange and crushed pistachios


¼ cup chia seeds (50g)

1 tbsp (8g) chocolate (works best(, vanilla or unflavoured whey

1 tbsp (8g) cacao powder

Sweeten with 10 drops of chocolate flavdrops - 1 tsp Stevia - honey or maple syrup 1 cup (250mls) of your favourite milk (almond, coconut, cashew, dairy)

**for a thicker pudding replace 1/2 cup of milk with yoghurt**

1/2 orange segmented or sliced

1 tbsp (8g) of pistachios crushed


Pour all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir very well.


Sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Add segments of orange and crushed pistachios before serving.
