120g frozen blueberries
12g honey in a sauce pan
2 slices of whole brown bread
40g almond butter
Tsp of powdered erythritol
Add the berries and honey to a sauce pan and reduce on the hob for 8-12 minutes on a low heat until a desired thickness has been reached. N.b it will thicken whilst it cools.
Toast 2 slices of your favourite whole bread or sourdough and add 20g of nut butter to each slice.
Add the berries on top of the nut buttered toast and add erythritol to sweeten.

If the carbs are too high - swap the bread for Nimble wholemeal or a protein bagel thin.
