Day 1:
I’ve never done anything like this before but I want to give it a go. I’m sure I’ll have a ton of questions so I’m sorry in advance!
At the end of the day, it’s gonna help me out, help control my eating.
Day 28
I’m am SO excited!!
Total weight loss: 6lbs!!!!!
Started at 12st 2lbs and now 11st 10lbs

Honestly Rob, I cannot thank you enough. I know you’ll probably not want to take any credit for this but I really do want to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
I was SO stuck.
Working from home since last March has had a significant affect on my weight in general and my ability to actually lose weight.
I had no idea what was going on, I felt like I was doing all the right things and increased my exercise but what I now realise is that I didn’t have the balance right.
I actually wasn’t eating enough to start with and although I had increased my movement at the start of the year, it wasn’t enough.
Your plan is actually REALLY simple. It’s about eating good, wholesome food, at regular intervals, moving and exercising regularly and balancing the macros.
I haven’t calorie counted, I haven’t weighed bloody chicken breasts, I haven’t logged all my food in a fitness app. I’ve just used the hand portion control and just written down at each meal what I’ve eaten so I keep on track.
Before I was exercising about 5-6 times a week, which was mainly really high intensity cardio.
I have now introduced weight routines again, which I am really enjoying and am still going to my online classes as I love them.

I couldn’t believe I’d dropped 4 inches in a month! This is what was really getting me down as I’d always had that classic hourglass figure but I could tell I was becoming less defined and it was getting me down…
My hips measurement will take longer to come down but I’m not as concerned about that as i’m more bothered about my waist. I’ve always had a larger than average derrière I’m so happy and I really feel I’ve got tools for life now. I’m going to continue for a little while longer so I’ll be able to send you some more updates!

The plan once you get in to it is actually really easy to follow, the other information you provide alongside is also invaluable.
My husband has commented regularly how impressed he was I was actually sticking to it as he ‘had never seen me like this’, my sugar intake has dramatically decreased, my fat intake has decreased and I’m eating good fats.
I mean this when I say, I have honestly developed tools to improve my health and weight management for life...!
